A nice old guy (whose door we wrongly knocked on) that showed us around
this old apparently Russian diplomats house from the 19th century. Lots
of old portraits of russian and persian nobles/diplomats
|

Very "un"persian. The old guy saved many of the pictures
from defacing after the revolution when the mullahs wanted to make the
house a madrassa.
|

Several generations of the old guys family

Si-o-seh pol (bridge) in esfahan. Lots of people out walking - its
a holiday for the end of Ramazan and Yasir Arafats funeral day.
|

A very nice tea house under the bridge.
